Reelsite

Terms of Service

Effective date: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Reelsite, a service at site.reelzign.com operated by Wosho LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("Reelsite", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What Reelsite does

You paste the address of a local business's website. Reelsite reads that site, shows you what it found, writes six headline options and the copy for a new one-page website in the owner's own words, picks photos from the business's own site (and, if you choose, makes up to three AI images to fill gaps, marked as generated), and builds the page in one of three looks. You review and can edit the headline, the copy, the photos and the look before you share or publish anything. Reelsite also makes a before and after share page, looks up a contact email for the business owner through a third-party contact-lookup provider, and writes a short pitch email. You can download the site as a zip or publish it for free through Netlify. The new page is a proposal for the business, not a site the business has asked for or approved unless they tell you so.

Reelsite also offers optional add-ons, such as Prospect Finder, which takes a city and a type of business and returns local businesses with their website and a contact email when one is found.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Reelsite. You are responsible for keeping your login and any API keys you generate secret, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@youzign.com if you think your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Reelsite is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reelsite to:

Reelsite's sample businesses, the business data returned when you paste a site address, and the businesses Prospect Finder returns come from real, publicly available websites. Owner contact emails come from those sites or from a third-party contact-lookup provider. You are responsible for how you use that data and for complying with outreach and anti-spam law when you contact a business with a site or pitch Reelsite helped you make. Reelsite does not send outreach messages on your behalf. Publish a site to the web only when the owner has asked for it.

You are responsible for having the right to use any business details, text, photos and other material that go into a site you make, whether they came from the business's own website or from information you typed in yourself.

4. AI-generated output is not guaranteed accurate

Reelsite uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate text and images. AI output can contain mistakes: a misread phone number, a misspelled name, a service described differently from the business's own site, an odd detail in a generated image, or a line that does not read the way you intended. Reelsite is built to state as fact only what it found on the business's own site or what you typed in, and it flags what it could not confirm, but it cannot promise every output is error-free.

You must review a site in full before you send it to anyone or publish it. A wrong phone number or misspelled business name on a site you send to that business will do more harm than sending nothing. Reelsite is not responsible for consequences of sending or publishing a site you did not review.

5. Commercial licence to your sites

Sites you build with Reelsite are yours to use commercially. You can sell them, deliver them to a client, or use them in a freelance or agency project, with no royalty owed to us and no attribution required. This licence covers the finished sites you have built; it does not give you ownership of Reelsite's software, prompts, or underlying technology.

Reelsite does not put its own branding or watermark on the sites you build.

This licence depends on you having the right to use the underlying business details and material in the first place, as described in section 3.

6. Credits, plans and billing

Reelsite is used with credits, at the rates shown in the app before you spend them. Building a site (headlines, copy, photo picks and up to three generated images), regenerating headlines or a section, generating one more image and looking up an owner's email spend credits. Reading a website, editing text by hand, sharing, downloading the zip and publishing do not. If a build fails, its credits are returned. Prospect searches use a separate prospect-credit balance; the app reserves the selected maximum and returns the credits for results without a usable website and email.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

7. The 30-day guarantee

The lifetime offer carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase, email support@youzign.com and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

A refund under this guarantee reverses the purchase and revokes any credits from that purchase that you have not yet spent on a finished site. Sites you have already built and downloaded before the refund stay yours, and the commercial licence in section 5 continues to apply to them; we do not claw those back.

This guarantee applies to the purchase price of the offer and any order bumps or upsells bought at the same time, and each can be refunded on its own. It is a goodwill policy offered at our discretion for the stated offer and tiers; it is not a statement that the law requires a refund in every circumstance, and it does not override any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.

8. Reelzign membership (optional)

The Reelzign membership is optional. Reelsite and every other purchase on this page work without it, and nothing in your account is switched off if you never join. Every Reel account opens every live Reel app, the membership included or not.

Your Reelsite purchase is a one-time payment and does not depend on the membership. If you also own Reelocal, a separate Reel app, and pay for its monthly credit plan, that plan is sold and cancelled under Reelocal's own terms, even when you see it from the same account.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at support@youzign.com so we can look at it, refund it if the guarantee in section 7 applies, or otherwise sort it out. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, for a charge that the guarantee would have covered, may result in your account and any unspent credits being suspended while the dispute is resolved.

10. Ending your access

You can stop using Reelsite and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@youzign.com.

We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks section 3 (acceptable use), that we believe is being used fraudulently, or that abuses the service in a way that harms Reelsite or other users. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. Termination for a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund of unspent credits.

11. Disclaimer of warranty

Reelsite is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated text, image or contact detail will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reelsite and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if we were told this was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to Reelsite is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for our own fraud or gross negligence where the applicable law does not permit that liability to be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you, for example by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use Reelsite after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
